Founder

Anna Jensen

Anna is the founder of SERENE Multifamily, a privately held, multifamily investment and asset management company. Anna brings two decades of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in multifamily asset and fund management. She has partnered in the development and operations of over $7B in real-estate and over $87MM in multi-project capital oversight for new development, stabilized assets and repositioned investments.

Anna’s extensive work experience and leadership in multifamily investment management has molded her into a sophisticated real estate investor and operator, focusing on strategic asset management and growth driven leadership. She is a trusted consultant while digging into the needs of projects and developing goals and process improvements resulting in effective returns and cross functional initiatives for her clients. She believes that true returns are based on who is behind the deal and has the passion, experience and integrity needed for success.

Helping others is Anna’s main thing. She enjoys having an impact on families, anonymously, and impacting personal lives for the better by giving back through effectively ran communities, assets and cultures. When she is not spending time with her daughter and French bulldogs, you can find her climbing Pikes Peak in Colorado or enjoying the beaches in Florida.
